Investment Structure

Investment reflects scope and organisational scale. Proposals are tailored to your specific needs accordingly. The Scale-up package has a minimum investment rate of £25,000 for the 12-month programme. As a rough guide:

  • £25k+: Founder + small team

  • £50k+: Founder + executive team + operational team

  • £75k+: Multi-layer leadership + operational integration + multiple teams

This reflects the depth and duration of the work and also incorporates site visits (UK based). International companies can opt for a fully remote service; site visits may be expensed separately. 

​
