The Start-Up Package is designed for this stage. 

 

This is not a generic mastermind; nor is it surface-level accountability.

Using a rigorous, award-recognised methodology grounded in neuroscience, this specially designed programme is delivered by Suzi - licensed, nationally accredited Paseda360® Master Practitioner and GCologist®.

 

The Start-up Programme is a structured 4-month experience that blends deep individual coaching with the collective steadiness of a small founder cohort navigating similar pressure.

What Makes This Different?

At this point, you don’t just need strategy. You need:

• Emotional regulation under uncertainty

• Clean decision-making without constant second-guessing

• Awareness of the early patterns that can hardwire dysfunction

• Space to speak honestly without posturing

Through a combination of structured 1:1 sessions and small-group conversations, you will strengthen your founder identity through self-trust and connect deeply to your core values, which at this point may be hidden underneath that Pretender Mask you learned to wear. We go further by understanding your unique energy for impact and how to apply it through the GC Index®, so that you can operate and communicate from an authentic place. Building resilience means you can avoid burnout cycles and develop sustainable momentum with true direction. ​

The Start-up world can be isolating. At a time when your character is being tested and you question yourself daily, sharing a space with founders who get it - who've lived and breathed the very stages you have - matters.

What's Involved?

Each cohort member starts with their very own Breakthrough programme. This is 1:1 coaching with me, tailored to your own unique needs and challenges, which starts the process of safely removing the Pretender Mask that is sabotaging your start-up before you can properly get it off the ground.

Then we come together as a cohort for our first group session - an opportunity to meet other founders in a contained and safe environment.

​

Afterwards, your 1:1 coaching continues and you will also undertake your own individual GC Index® profile and review session with me. Discovering your proclivities ensures you are building in alignment with your natural energy for impact - not against it.

The GC Index®

​

Halfway though the programme we come together as a cohort again to explore these new insights and discoveries. Seeing other GC Index® profiles and how they translate into lived experience for other people is a big revelation for many. We go further and bring these profiles together to understand the assets and liabilities they present in combination. This workshop lays the foundations for hiring your own team in future - through energy, common language frameworks and impact dynamics aligned with your business and vision. Not planning to hire a team? This works equally well for mapping out the types of customers, clients, suppliers, contractors and partnerships YOU want to work with.

Through the second-half of the programme, your 1:1 coaching continues. Expanding upon the illuminations you have had along the way, tackling the sticking points that are catching you out, and creating an action plan that will carry you beyond the programme.

 

At the end of the programme, we come together one final time as a cohort to consolidate the learning, celebrate the wins, and solidify the solidarity.

After four months, you won’t just have made progress. You will have:

• Broken unhelpful patterns and established supportive structures for your growth

• Strengthened your self-trust under pressure

So How Do I Get Started?

The Start-up Programme has limited places - we keep it small deliberately. Because who wants to share their deepest thoughts and fears with 20 or 30 strangers? Psychological safety is the baseline here, not the aspiration.

Cohorts run twice a year - Spring and Autumn. 

The next cohort is due to start in Autumn 2026.
