Team Coaching is proposal-based (typically starting around £25,000), shaped around your organisation's scope and goals, and time-scaled to work with the cadence of your team.

1) Free discovery conversation → initial proposal.

2) Dedicated half-day scoping session (£750, non-refundable) → detailed, refined proposal.

3) Delivery of agreed programme, with milestone reviews along the way.

Every engagement starts with discovery: understanding, from your perspective, your leadership team, your culture, and where the friction lives day-to-day. This will allow me to provide an initial proposal for you discuss with your organisation.

You've got the team on board. Now, we can move into the half-day scoping activity. Here I will observe you in action, usually in a board or team meeting - this isn't about judgement, or diagnosing but seeing hidden clues as to what's happening beneath the surface and relationally between people. I will also have 1:1 sessions with those who will be part of the team coaching engagement to get a clear picture of what's happening for people on an individual level. These sessions are fully confidential and will not be reported on. This will allow me to provide a refined, detailed proposal directly relevant to you and outline what you're committing to for your investment.

When you're ready to proceed with your tailored programme you will have a combination of methods that can include: GC Index profiling at individual, team and organisational level, a mix of group and 1:1 coaching sessions, team diagnostic and impact workshops. Your programme is shaped around what your organisation needs and is flexible to meet you and your team where you are, not where an off-the-shelf programme determines you should be.

This isn't generic team-building or off-sites. We work at the level of what's actually driving the dynamics - the patterns, unspoken tensions, and roles people have fallen into. Is this work confronting? Yes, at times. But it's steady, contained, rooted in psychological and relational safety, and designed to hold space for everyone in the team.

By the end of our work together, your leadership team will have the tools to: self-regulate, work productively with tension, surface and resolve conflict in a healthy way, make decisions under pressure, and take action with collective purpose. Culture becomes something everyone builds with intention.
